Pelagic ID?

Looking through photos from a whale watch trip to Stellwagen Bank NMS on Sunday, I came across this photo of a bird I hadn't picked out in real time.  There was nice whale activity and many Great and Manx Shearwaters and a few Cory's.  At one point on the way out I did see in the distance what may have been a Jaeger harassing other birds, but we were doing 30 knots so not positive.  Any ideas on its ID would be appreciated.
