I went to Jack Levin this morning.  Almost there, I realized that I forgot my birders breakfast....RATS.... Somehow Paul's knapsack was in the back of the Jeep from the trip to Fishers Island.  I ran into Peggy and  Paul at Jack Levin.... I forgot my hat, too.  I have an extra hat in my famous bag or bags.  I gave the knapsack to Paul.  They were on their way to the Red House for the plant sale.  I basically stood in the first bridge from Chapel Lane. Sep had a Louisiana Waterthrush there yesterday.  Southwest winds overnight so the bird probably left. I didn't have Louisiana but I had many other species.  I heard the multiple birds.  I clearly heard a TENNESSEE WARBLER.... ten-ten-tenaseeeee. I couldn't find the bird.... RATS!  I heard a NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH and eventually saw it.  I heard a MAGNOLIA WARBLER and I eventually saw the bird. A beautiful male.  Maggies have one of the shortest song. I had three PARULA.  Also YELLOW WARBLER, REDSTART & COMMON YELLOWTHROATS. I also had a ROSE-BREASTED GROSBEAK and TOWHEES. Not bad for an hour!

Not bad at all Jody. I miss the warbler migration. I have learned the Western bird songs though, and get some help from Merlin.
