Last night I got a text message from Joyce..... it said "SCREECH!!!" I went out in the deck with maximum speed..... Heard a pair of owls calling to each other. One bird close and the other farther would. Screech Owls are becoming rare. One more bird for the year.

The one was sooo close!
(a week or so ago this happened a lot later at night and Jody slept through my text. That one was a lot further away and didn’t last long)
