Is there a rentable space in Newcastle that offers a table saw?

Reach out to Gary at Sunderland Home Grown. It's not Newcastle but it's close enough. It's a community garden centre but last year they built a large workshop for teaching young people woodwork. They have a table saw and all kinds of equipment. Full disclosure, I used to volunteer and work there, great people.

There is indeed a table saw there, they've got a great wood shop but I don't think it's still operating. I used to be a member there, I was the guy who built the new forge burners and some tooling for it. I was trying to rejoin near the end of last year but I couldn't get in touch with anyone and I went down on a few Saturdays when we used to have the open shop day and it was always closed. They have overdue filings but this month they filed to confirm the continuation of the company to avoid it being dissolved. Does anyone know what's going on there?
