The Makerspace bean to cup coffee machine has arrived.

I've made its' own Wiki page and everything.  Come and enjoy it, and bring beans from time to time!

I have a pair of 1kg lavazza beans I got from costco which I will bring in as a donation.

Will be using it today.  Should I put an advisory 20p/shot label (or labels) on for people to remember to donate?  Also maybe a tally sheet so people can backlog?  This works well at work.

Wouldn't it be easier to pay for all drinks via club funds?

Ie provide milk, coffee, tea, squash (?) etc. We could even do bottled water (cheapo stuff) too.

Short version: We already supply tea and we have already decided not to supply more costly things.

It was agreed a while ago that basic supplies like tea would come out of basic funds using the director's equipment of petty cash. Squash was added later at Chris's request although I don't think anyone has bothered claiming for that. Actually the whole procedure of sending receipts to Tony and sometimes needing a director to okay it for small things is preventing most from claiming anyway. Perhaps we can simplify it.

More expensive supplies for the filter coffee (that we had at the time) were not going to be included. I am trying to find the minutes but they are in a bit of a mess. I don't know where the beans fit in the cost spectrum but as thing stand I suspect they fall outside what we are paying for. For biscuits or cake if you eat them you are expected to bring in the same or more. I suggest the beans are the same.
