Makerspace induction and availability

Hey guys, hope you all had a great Christmas and a fantastic New Year! 

I was wondering if I would be able to organise an induction to use the space, the CO2 Laser Cutter and the CNC please? :)

I remember you mentioning Makerspace reopens on the 6th Jan.

My availability next week is Monday to Thursday. My availability the week after is Monday to Friday.

I could do your hackspace and laser inductions on Monday at some point between 17:30 and 20:00 if that works for you.

Since you're posting on the Makers list and not the MS Members list, can you confirm you have had the go ahead from Iain to ask for these?

Hi Dan, Monday would be Amazing! I should be able to get there for about 18:00.

I've completed 2 of the 3 steps mentioned when I signed up. It mentioned the 3rd step was to get an induction. 

I don't know if that was from Iain or if it was from the Makerspace.

I can share you a screenshot if that helps?

It will most likely have been from Iain. Really, you should have been added to the Members list first, as this is the only indication to induction givers that a person requesting an induction is eligible to receive one (shitty system but we are where we are).

Unless Iain speaks up I'll assume all is well and your induction can go ahead as planned tomorrow.
