Raspberry PI, Arduino and Screen help

Hello! I'm new to this group but i will hopefully be popping by an a visitor night soon to take a look around and ask some questions, But i was wondering if anybody would be willing to lend some help in finding a suitable screen, Arduino and raspberry PI for my venture

To start with i'll explain what i'm doing, I'm a huge Fallout 3 Fan and i've been wanting to make a "working" pip-boy for well over a decade now with dials, scrolling wheels and functional Radio

recently i came across an Etsy Seller who produced a really nice pipboy and i'm wanting to retrofit it with a proper screen, The screen inside the model right now is just a 4.3 inches wide and 2.95 inches tall and i was wondering if anybody knows of any screens that fit that measurement, Secondly a Pi which can fit behind it and hopefully some other goodies like a small speaker and space for an Arduino so i can connect up some custom dials and such so i can make it function without touch screen

Any help would be greatly appreciated and i'm thankful such spaces still exist around newcastle area
