Hello,

Now that the patio railing has been installed, I believe the sidewalk width to be too narrow at 1400 32nd Ave.



I think it should be 8ft wide based on the City of Denver Complete Streets Guidelines.

Please toinspect & issue a correction notice, if necessary.

I suspect the raised curb around the tree well - the bike racks will need to be removed.

Councilmember Watson, maybe your office can help initiate an audit of all the sidewalk widths in the Rino Art District.

The metal railings were removed. Was this to accommodate the appropriate sidewalk width?



If so, why doesn't this apply to other locations like along the Colfax BRT Project?
