Position: OBIEE Reporting Analyst
Specific Responsibilities
‐ The OBIEE Reporting Analyst will be a member of the Analytics Team within the Human Resources organization and be responsible for fulfilling ad-hoc reporting requests and generating standard to complex reports for a variety of clients (HR Leadership Team, Business Partners, COEs, as well as Business Leaders and Managers).
Essential Duties and Job Functions
‐ Identify business intelligence (BI) reporting opportunities; design and automate new dashboards that help inform stakeholders of key workforce trends
‐ Perform complex data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple sources
‐ Manage the distribution of reports through the report tracking system
‐ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to enhance their understanding of metrics and reports
‐ Perform general process and technical troubleshooting
‐ Perform system testing on OBIEE reporting tool and PeopleSoft reports
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
‐ Requires a bachelor degree with minimum 5 years of analytics experience with OBIEE and PeopleSoft
‐ High proficiency working with OBIEE 10g (including BI Answers), PeopleSoft 9.0, SQL and extracting data
‐ Prior experience with setting up and automating reports / dashboards
‐ Understands complexities and nuances with reporting on different hierarchies
‐ Demonstrated experience in analytics and problem solving
‐ Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
‐ Self-motivated with a focus on driving results
‐ Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a high-pressure environment
‐ Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and highly confidential data
‐ Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint (creating graphics, charts) and basic Excel functions (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
