Upon first making landfall its going to be a big mess, second state that Florence encounters will lead to dangerous flooding. Mandatory evacuations were issued however specific areas were not visited by officials to inform them of the evacuation. This is a gross overlook by local officials, and numerous lives are lost, people are trapped in high water. the states governor ends up getting terminated for the error and lack of diligence in rescue effort despite the calls for help days after the storms peak.
