I am back in Alabama for a week and will be holding private lessions all day Friday March 7th. I have a few mid morning and one afternoon appt available. (call for these 256-506-7074).
WORKSHOP INFO:
I will be holding an impromptu Partner Yoga Workshop in Guntersville this Friday (March 7th) from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
You do not have to have a partner to come and learn great alignment! All levels.
