Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Sustainability Committee at MCLA, I am writing to invite
you and other representatives from your organization to join us on campus
for MCLA's Earth Day celebration on April 22nd. Our main event that day
will be a campus-wide recycling competition in the quad area. Other
events and activities are under development for the day for the entire
campus community and include a nature walk and green vehicle display. We
are all very excited about the day!

We'd like to invite you to join us, to distribute information, ideas, or
products about/relating to your organization and it's environmental
efforts to our students, faculty, and staff. We can provide a table setup
for any display you might have. It would be a great opportunity for our
campus community to see all of the wonderful environmental and
sustainability work that is being done around our town, region, and state.
Give-aways, prizes, etc are all welcome as well.

If you are able to join us, we'd like to have you setup by 11am, and
events will end at approximately 2-3pm. Please confirm your attendance by
next Wednesday April 8th so that proper space can be reserved. We
apologize for the short notice, but would be very happy to have you join
us and very appreciative of your support and participation.
