Mike: The launch was actually the most standout element of the ride for me. It was an experience completely unique to me, being the first launched stand-up surf coaster. The little bunny hill immediately after the launch gives you a pop of airtime and gives you a preview of what to expect during the rest of the ride. The airtime from the large twisted hill definitely is notable, though.
Shane: I think so, it definitely provides a unique experience to the park while still using aspects already present at SeaWorld like B&M design, a launch, and a mid-range family appeal. I would like them to add one more truly thrilling standout to definitively claim that title, something like a Mack extreme spinner or a Gerstlauer dive/infinity coaster would be a great fit.

Held weekly or twice a month, a pipeline review is a meeting between a sales rep and manager to discuss the status of pending deals. These meetings solely focus on obstacles to closing deals and steps that the rep or the manager can take to remove those obstacles.
Sales leaders and CROs can run better pipeline reviews by taking ownership of improving the structure and cadence of these critical meetings and making sure that the reps have what they need to advance their deals and meet their targets. Below we share the nine most important actions to take to make your pipeline reviews more efficient and useful.
One of the superpowers of AI is making accurate predictions, and one of the fundamental goals of a pipeline review is to accurately predict the outcomes of every deal. So AI and pipeline reviews are a match made in software heaven.
AI, integrated with your CRM, can study the enormous volume of deal data in your pipeline and send you a list of lead scores based on their likelihood of closing. For example, Einstein from Sales Cloud provides predictive scoring for leads in your pipeline that help you focus your conversations in pipeline reviews. You can review the highest-scoring leads to prioritize them, and review the negative reasons for low-scoring leads to remove blockers that are causing them to stall.
Nip this in the bud by clearly outlining how the rep can complete each stage of the pipeline. As I have learned from sales experts, the best way to approach this is by crafting two to three questions for each stage. The answers should very clearly indicate whether or not a lead is ready to move down the pipeline.
With searing pressure to close deals and boost revenue, many sales managers ask leading questions in pipeline reviews to get the answers they want. When reps fumble, unsure of how to move a lead closer to a sale, managers pounce. Blame is assigned and reps become frustrated.

Therefore, a sales pipeline review is a meeting where AEs and reps report to their leaders about the deals they have in their pipeline, deals that are likely to close, and more importantly use the opportunity to seek help in advancing the deals that are getting stuck.
The true value of a sales pipeline review is in understanding the story behind every deal in the sales pipeline and what is needed to advance those deals to closure. In fact, it is particularly helpful for the reps in the early days of their career to get a holistic perspective.
We all have heard that people buy from those they trust, but what's important is that they want someone who can hold their hand and walk them through the sales cycle. Prospects are in the buying process for different reasons or in different stages, for example:
"Hey, I understand that you've done your research, and thank you for choosing us. We're confident that we can help you. First, let me walk you through how companies buy our product. Then, let me walk you through the process."
So you can tell them how a demo would be much more effective once you have some more context on X, Y, and Z factors. It helps them understand why you're asking them those questions instead of coming across as BANT qualifying them.
Great question! A lot of the time, we tend to gloss over the strategy behind deals. When you're trying to help your reps advance deals in their pipeline, you need to know the strategic narrative behind those deals, i.e., how are we controlling the conversation.
Controlling the narrative means ensuring that the value is communicated well at each stage to increase the odds of the deal moving to the next level. It's less about asking permission at each stage but guiding and directing prospects on how they buy our software.
Once I fished the Pipeline 10 foot 2 weight I had justbought, I did something that I had not done before with any rod company, andthat was to email them to bow my hat to the rod they built. Not only did therod look and feel magnificent but after reading through the reviews and theethos of the Syndicate rod company I felt compelled to let them know mythoughts on their product. This range of rods offer superb tippet protectionthat is crucial for comp anglers so I can fish super fine tippets and not crackoff. They are also powerful enough to play those larger fish I hit from time totime in a session. The rods are very responsive to my requests in casting andaccuracy, while they are also outstanding in the sensitivity department, youfeel everything. Be it micro beading, French nymphing or deep bugging. Thecontact I have with my flies throughout the cast and drift is nothing like Ihave felt before with any other rod; and for setting the hook, well its morethan able.
I fish in competitions with a goodgroup of guys and we take them pretty serious. Since I discovered the Syndicaterange, we have all switched over to them completely. I now only fish Syndicate,as too for my team partners, and over the last year we have had some greatresults on them. We have great confidence and belief when fishing with theserods, and it is a comfort to know the fantastic guarantee offered with them. Ifwe break one it will be fixed within days and we are not waiting around for newtips running up to a major competition.
Roca Snow Googles ($69.99) Mirrored lens and compacted curve struck me with a bit of awe when I unpacked the Roca Goggles from their sustainable, brown-paper-bag packaging. On the mountain, they did the job. Plenty of vents, so fogging was not a problem, but I did find them just a tad restrictive without the helmet when I tried them for snowshoeing. However, they were comfy when paired with the Drift helmet. I had a tiny bit of forehead gape, but I attribute that to my sample helmet being a size too big. It was a bright sunny day, so the stock Aurora Lens Tech lens worked just fine, but they might not be perfect for flat light days. If you like to match your mirrored lens to your ski outfit or even your mood, the Roca comes in a plethora of lens colors. One problem with changeable lenses is that they are generally a huge pain to change. However, Wildhorn has that solved with magnets! If there is one thing I like almost as much as winter, it is magnets. It took about 20 seconds to swap the lens, thanks to that handy bit of familiar technology. All in all, Roca goggles are another great piece of gear for the money.

Omari, a black teenage boy, attends an elite private school upstate. His parents separated, mother, Nya, is an inner-city public school English teacher, and father, Xavier, a lawyer. When Omari physically attacks a teacher and faces expulsion, their lives are upended, forcing them to confront bitter realities about the thin reed upon which black men in America exist, where history haunts, second chances are scarce, and imprisonment or an early grave are presumed.
A pipeline review is a meeting where sales reps report to managers on the number of deals in their pipeline. You need to hold them regularly to make sure that your sales team is performing as you would expect.
A standard pipeline review is about gathering information to help the sales managers understand what deals are likely to close, and to identify recurring challenges and weaknesses in your sales funnel.
These pipeline reviews can be difficult because reps are incentivized to make the most positive possible report of their performance, which makes it difficult to forecast accurately what is likely to happen.
At Xvoyant, we work with sales leaders in 19 countries around the world, and every time we engage with a new sales team, I find it interesting how subjective a sales stage is and when a salesperson feels they should advance a stage.
