Psionics do not use M,S, and V components

Something seemed off the other day when Susan needed fabric to make the
tarp.

Psionics don't require components, but have a "Display"
The Display for Minor creation is called "material." Which is where
the confusion lies.
Another source of confusion is that the description for Psionic Minor
creation says "As the spell except where noted above." The 'above'
part is where is has a display and not a component list.

Though I still liked the special effect. I won't require components,
but as often as possible, I will try to work them into the special
effects.

For reference: The 'Material' display means that for 1 full round
after creating the object it has a glossy sheen that seems to drip off
of it.
