Everything I have seen on the Wizard forums and several other places
indicates that for whatever reason they intend to effectively charge
customers for errata to this book. It is or has been put into another
book but I can't seem to find which one so it might be possible to just
find the right book and simply read over the errata. Also everyone
seems to agree that Complete Psionics is (in terms of editing) the
worst book Wizards has ever done.

That would explain a few things I noticed in there that didn't make
much sense. Particularly some of the tables that they mapped over from
other books didn't seem to have proper editing.
