New address plus Twitter and IRC

Hi everyone,

I'm so pleased with the response from everyone! Already this group has
over 40 members.

Following the discussions today, I've changed the tentative name of
the conference to Nordic Ruby. I've also changed the address of this
group as follows:

I've also set up a Twitter account at http://twitter.com/nordicruby
and there's a #nordicruby IRC channel on Freenode. But the main
discussion will still be here on the mailing list though.
