Sunday report. 

Sorry for delay in this....

BLUF- IT WAS WET

Gate opened around 9:30am and we all headed up. 2 teams, 1 team on showshoes checking the Edith bridge and basin area. Ski team headed up to bottom of Pan Pt. Conditions deteriorated quickly, with zero viz, high winds and pelting wet snow at Pan. Ski team encountered a few teams on the way up and encouraged them to not go above Pan. They all listened. We then skied down and encountered about 30+ more people as we were coming down. Most of them were (wisely) turning around as they got into the really bad weather section. And probably seeing how wet and miserable we looked. 

By the time we got back to Paradise lot we were all wet and completely soaked thru from that driving wet snow. 

We were unable to set poles again on Sunday due to low snow. Doubt it will be accomplished next weekend either. 

Side note: There is a poster in EOC (see attached) that uses a picture from our SAR last year above Pan. Not sure who took the photo, but had to be some patroller. Is that you Mia in the silver helmet? I am the other patroller. "Determination"
