The Longmire gate was closed all day with no opportunity for admin traffic, so we spent the day in Longmire.  We first focused on taskbook items, such as identifying routes/landmarks on park maps.  Suzanna gave a tour of the EOC SAR cache.  We then ventured out without snowshoes or skis.  Nordic 1 (5 hikers) walked the Trail of the Shadows, practiced a multi-burial search, and did a short out-and-back along the Wonderland Trail towards Cougar Rock campground.  Nordic 2 (6 hikers) did a longer out-and-back along the Wonderland Trail towards Cougar Rock campground.  Both teams had PSAR interactions on the Wonderland Trail.

Lesson Learned: On future Longmire days, we may want to consider sending a team towards Eagle Peak, as Nordic 2 met several groups that were intending to explore that trail.

Not Completed: We were not able to reset the Mazama Ridge pole.
