MORA Nordic Patrol 12/21 - 22

Great patrol weekend despite the challenging weather. We split into two teams on both days and focused on PSAR, route maintenance and taskbook sign offs. There were quite a few unprepared (no gloves, post-holing etc.) parties following the summer All Trails route to Pan on Saturday in near white out conditions.
All in all it was a productive weekend.

Notes:
-Tricia & Taylor completed make up training. I did not get a chance to connect with Ed and their forms are in the red folder.
-Poled routes between Paradise and Reflection Lake reset and moved where needed. Big shout out to Brian Carpenter (and Colin, Jose and Federico) who rerouted Devil's Dip after a traversing Mazama Ridge. Colin, Jose, Federico and Tricia rerouted Inspiration Saddle
to Reflection Lake on Sunday. Reroute images attached.
-Mazama Pole checked.
-Edith Creek Bridge checked/set.
-Poles set in the gully above Edith Basin north of Alta Vista.
-Narada to Stevens Canyon road was the only section not checked.
-Colin Chapman worked with interp and had ~20 laminated winter maps made (in the lead room for day use).
-Jose and Colin were able to sign off the Mazama Traverse (thank you Brian).
