Leads,

We need a Lead to fill in the role for April 5-6 (Unless our current signed up backup lead moves to the LEAD role hint hint).

But more-so... we need to recruit for the April Weekends, recall that historically we start to see participation taper off in April but the snow is usually still great and deep. We will start helping and notifying people through the main email list and Facebook.
