Dr. Scholl's Original Collection 'Sofia' Wedge Bootie A few things to know when ordering. Do order the size you wear in heels, not wedges. For example, I wear 7 in wedges and 6.5 in heels. This is a wedge - that does run 1/2 size large. And this is a browns shoe; it looks black in the pic, but it is indeed brown. Reviewers say that your foot slips out, but i dont think it would if you order 1/2 size down. I definitely see how that could happen if you order your regular wedge size, though. It is a little loose in the heel area, but a comfortable loose. And if you have a *very* wide foot, these are not for you, but a wide is fine. I have wide feet and they are a comfortable snug in the toe area. And lastly, they are genuine calf skin/fur (not just leather), so if that bothers you philosophically, dont get them.
