I am 5' 7" and small 0, and will have to tailor this dress in the bust a little too. I know it will look great once I get it fitted. It's a bit heavy (2 silk layers and one chiffon layer) but I'm assuming it will lighten up once I take a few inches off the bottom. "I purchased the plum color in this dress for Fall wedding as a bridesmaid. I am small (5'5', 100 lbs) and the 2 was still too large. I also found there to be lots & lots of fabric(. length and skirt in general -)which makes the dress a heavy chiffon. I suspect it would be pricey to shorten it because of the many layers. I might order a size 0 to see if I can work with that...still trying to decide. A petite size would be better. The flutter effect on sleeves is pretty & feminine; the plum color is lovely."
