Brooks 'PureDrift' Running Shoe (Women)After reading running shoe reviews I settled on these because the author said they had a high arch and almost simulated an elevated/launching position like wearing heels. I have high arches and am used to heels everyday for work. The shoes also reportedly had a flat/almost thin bottom which I read was good for chin splints. So I traded in my 'shock absorbing' taller/bulky running shoes for these.
For a while I thought they might be too low to support my thin ankles and for some reason were possibly causing my knees discomfort and I still had some chin splint issues - I even bought knee supports from Target to hep. However it only took a week or so more for these shoes to become perfectly comfortable - no knee pain, no weak ankles, no chin splints. They feel natural and I'm getting in better shape every week with my new running routine and new running shoes! I'm very pleased with my decision
to buy these and I stopped using the knee supports I'd bought. If you're considering a Brooks 'PureDrift' Running Shoe (Women), Really like at first sight! Incredible product. "They are a little wide in the front but i think it gives space for your toes to spread as you run. These shoes are super super light and incredibly flexible.
These are the best running shoes I've bought...so far. I highly recommend them." Brooks 'PureDrift' Running Shoe (Women) DetailsInnovative split grooves allow natural forefoot flex in a barefoot-inspired, hyper-light running shoe with a removable sock liner for a zero drop experience.
