Frye 'Logger' Boot My husband loved the quality and look of these boots but he has a VERY narrow foot so they didn't work for him. Will return and he loves the Red Wings we bought from Nordstrom instead. For anyone around who will be considering whether or not to make the leap and buy Frye 'Logger' Boot.this review is perfect for you. It's by far the best. A homerun on the deal! "I received these from UPS in size 11.5. I wear 11.5 in To Boot, Allen Edmonds, and Bed Stu. Additionally, I tried on the Frye James Boot in size 11.5 - and they fit perfectly. I did not want the Frye James Boot because of the leather sole. I went with the Logger because of the rubber blocking/synthetic sole for the rain/snow in Columbus, Ohio. Anyway, opened up the box and BOTH of the lace strap enforcers (one on each tongue of each shoe near the middle) in the center of the tongue of the shoe were torn off!!!! They were just hanging by a string. Really, for $300+ ? My local Nordstrom gladly returned these ones, and ordered me a size 11, because that's all that was left in the company. Good thing too, because the 11.5 was HUGE on my foot! I should be receiving the size 11 this week, hoping the lace enforcer straps are correctly sewn on."
