Sales person, Lawrence, found the last suit in the wanted size at a different store and had it shipped to his location (twice as the first order somehow got cancelled). Wonderful service. The quality of the product is way below expectations and I hope not at all representative of this brand. Main problem is the connection of the sleeves with the rest of the jacket, and also the main sewing line on the back (center). After being pressed it still looks wrinkly and cheap. When we originally saw and tried the suit it was wrinkly as it was just shipped from a different store. After alterations and pressing, it just doesn't look good. The day we picked it up, it was taken to the press two more times, yet that didn't make a difference. Very very disappointing - we had way higher expectations from this brand.
