Outreach Committee
Nothings was able to be reported as the point person of the committee couldn’t make it to the call.
Info & Research Committee
Alejandra the point person has been sending out information to the list serve.
Fundraiser & Edutainment Committee

There are plans for two small scale fundraisers.
There are plans to fundraiser before Sacramento action
Proposed dates/events:
March 19 activist spoken word
Get M.E.Ch.A. and Anti war(from the March 19 anti-war demo) folks to go.
Melina is getting a venue. If by Saturday if there is no venue there wont be any event.
March 26 cesar chavez march/event in Sacramento
Steven Payan is organizing
we’ll be having a table at the event w/out having to pay a Fee thanks to Payan.
On that table we’ll raise funds by sell buttons,do face painting, etc
We need volunteers!
So far Alejandra has volunteered and will try to bring other people.
March 14th budget cuts march/contingent
We are organizing the: Immigrant student contingent
We are wearing red
There will be skull face painting. Julio and Jose will bring some for people during the march.
At 10am the contingent will leave.
