Less that 64 hours remain until the FTC DECODE Season begins!!!

We have a couple of updates for everyone as we get ready for be big unveiling:

NorCal Kickoff Webinar Registration

As a reminder, we will hold a short NorCal FTC webinar immediately after the end of the FTC Kickoff Stream.

The webinar will be a 30-45min Town Hall style session with important NorCal FTC season updates.  We will follow the updates with an abbreviated Q&A session to allow for opportunities for better initial understanding.

We will hold a more in-depth Q&A later this Fall.

Field Walk-Thru Sessions

There are still slots available for field walk-thru sessions.  The sessions Sat 9/6 are close to full, but space remains Sun 9/7, Sat 9/13 and Sun 9/14.

New Staff Member Welcome

We are excited to share that we have added a new FIRST Tech Challenge Program Coordinator - Devin Thompson.  We will be working to ramp Devin up to speed as quickly as possible. When you run into Devin this year, make sure to extend a friendly welcome!

League Status

We understand there was some confusion about league status and interest in our recent updates.  Each league has a finite capacity - 16 teams.  Until we have confirmation from each prior year team, we don't add new teams to a league - returning teams have priority to continue with the league.

We closed the interest form when it was clear that there was more interest in joining leagues than there was available space!

We are nearing final confirmations and will be notifying teams of final status in the next day or so.

We will open up the interest form again after kickoff, but additional leagues would likely need to be created and teams participating would need to be prepared to take on leadership and organization roles within the new leagues!

Get your magic decoder rings ready and be prepared to decipher this years game on Saturday!!!
