BIOBUZZ Game Set Pre-Orders

All,

As mentioned in one of our recent emails, we are going to be placing a
bulk pre-order of BIOBUZZ Game Sets.  Unlike team pre-orders, these sets
will be shipped to Playing at Learning at the end of August and will be
available for pickup immediately after the end of the Kickoff broadcast
on 9/12 at our building in San Jose.

Team pre-orders through AndyMark will ship in the order received
starting Monday 9/14.

The sets are $599 + tax/shipping. We are estimating that the taxes will
be 10% ($59.90 per set).  We won't know the final tax/shipping costs
until we get a quote from AndyMark.

In addition to the set costs, we are asking teams to make a donation of
$50 per set to support the NorCal FTC Program.

Teams that are interested in participating in the bulk order should
email me (ma...@playingatlearning.org) with the team number/name and the
name and contact info for the individual that will finalize the order
for your team.

Once we have a quote from AndyMark for the bulk shipping, I will email
each team contact with the final costs and a PayPal link to make payment
for your team's set.

We need requests to be submitted by Monday 6/22.  We expect to get the
quote from AndyMark by 6/24 and will immediately email all the team
contacts with the final details.  Payments will be due by Weds 7/1.
