FLL Explore Festsival Outreach Opportunity

From the FLL Explore side of Playing At Learning ....

Hello FTC Teams,

We would like to invite you to participate in an upcoming FIRST LEGO League Explore Festival taking place next Sunday, January 11th, at The Dream Inn, Santa Cruz. Our youngest teams would be absolutely thrilled to see an FTC robot, and we would be grateful if any of your teams are willing to come and showcase their robot during the event. We are asking for a for five-hour commitment from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with approximately 15 minutes for setup beforehand.

We are also looking for high school volunteers (ages 14 and up) to help support the Festival. This is a great opportunity for students to earn volunteer hours, gain leadership experience, and give back to younger students in the FIRST community.

A quick note:
No fingerprinting or Mandated Reporter training is required for volunteers under the age of 18.
This makes the process simple and easy for high schoolers who want to help out.
