Volunteers Needed for NorCal FTC Regional Championship Planning Committee

Dear NorCal FTC Community,

We’re gearing up for our NorCal Regional Championship, and we need your help! All of the roles listed below can be filled by people who are affiliated with a team. 

We’re assembling our Planning Committee and are looking for volunteers to fill the following roles:

1. Button Makers: Create 900 team buttons for the event.
2. Team Envelope Packager: Package 48 team envelopes with day-of info, buttons, and senior pins.
3. Volunteer Coordinator: Assign volunteer roles in our scheduling system. Ideal candidates should have at least one season's worth of experience assigning roles for any FIRST League Meet, Qualifying Tournament, or Regional Championship. Attendance at the regional event is encouraged but not required.
4. Dining Manager: Secure breakfast, snacks, and dinner for event volunteers. Plan to be onsite for both days of the event to receive and set up food in the volunteer lounge.
5. Technical Assistant: Assist with the setup and maintenance of A/V equipment during both event days.

We are still in the process of securing a venue for our 48-team championship. If you have access to a space large enough to accommodate this event, please let us know!
