Action Required: Survey Response Needed by Monday – March/April Festival Planning

Hi All,

A quick update on upcoming FLL Explore festivals:

We are currently planning:

A festival on March 15 in Mountain View
A possible March event in East Bay
Two additional festivals in April

Our goal is to accommodate all teams who are planning to participate this season.

To help us plan appropriately, we need responses to the participation survey that was sent to Coach 1 contacts. If Coach 1 on your team has not yet completed the survey, please do so by Monday. We are finalising capacity and locations based on those responses, and timely replies will help ensure we can plan accordingly.

While we will do our best to accommodate teams, placement cannot be guaranteed for teams who have not responded to the survey.

Please note that there will be no Explore festivals in February.
