Dear FLL Explore Community,

Thank you again for your continued patience and flexibility as we work to accommodate as many teams as possible this season.

Registration will open this Friday at 7:00 PM in MyLumi for two opportunities:

1) Second Wave – March 15 Explore Festival (San Antonio Center) (Afternoon)

We will be adding one additional team spot to the first Midday wave, bringing that wave to 9 total teams.
We will also open an Afternoon wave with 9 available team slots.

2) New Festival – April 11 at the Cow Palace Arena (Daly City)
We are very excited to offer this additional Explore festival opportunity. This event will take place alongside the larger FIRST California Northern State Championship (FRC) at the Cow Palace.

While teams will participate in their regular FLL Explore festival experience — presenting their models and celebrating their work — students will also get the chance to experience the energy of a major FIRST robotics event happening around them. Seeing the larger robots, teams, and competition environment can be incredibly inspiring and is sure to be a memorable experience for our younger students.

We are initially opening this event with 9 team spots, and we are hopeful that we may be able to add a small additional capacity in the coming weeks, depending on venue availability.

Because the last registration wave filled extremely quickly, I recommend being ready when registration opens at 7:00 PM on Friday.

Thank you again for your understanding as we structure these openings carefully to allow more teams a chance to participate. I truly appreciate your support and enthusiasm for the program.
