Additional Spring League capacity is coming

As many people have noticed in mylumi,  I have been able to add
additional capacity to most of the Spring League events. Additionally,
we were able to move the March 1st event to late April.

I am working with the teams that had registered for the March 1st date
but not able to attend the new date.  I expect to get this fully
resolved in the next day or so.   I will send out another update once
this is all settled with an update on when the events will open back up
for teams to fill the new capacity.  I want to give advance notice so
that it is the fairest that it can be.
