Update on Spring League events - registration opens on Thursday

The first couple of Spring League events will open registration in mylumi on Thursday Feb 6 at 6pm and are posted in mylumi.playingatlearning.org at this time.   I will do a sync on Thursday afternoon with the team data from FIRST but note that it can take several days for an update that you make on the team dashboard to show up on the partner download side, so any updates need to happen quickly.

In order to register, you must have the following:

1.  Team is fully registered on the firstinspires.org dashboard including both coaches are screened and completed all ack forms/trainings
2.  Team Roster on the firstinspires.org site is complete  OR you have emailed fll-ch...@playingatlearning.org ahead of time if you have a team member that can not be added to the team roster for some reason  (typically age or grade) and have completed the paper waiver form and emailed it in.
3.  Both coaches have accounts in mylumi which match the email address used in the firstinspires.org team dashboard
4.   Team status in mylumi is Green / Good
5.  Team info jotform has been completed

Note that registration for Spring League is a first come, first served process.  Also on mylumi it is a two step process - you pay first and then you go back in and register into the event.   Also reminder that teams that registered for a qualifier in November are not eligible to register into the Spring League season.

Finally, at the time of registration you can order participation medals or trophies - otherwise each team will receive 1 trophy.  The trophy that the team receives will either be one of the official core awards OR a participation trophy.
