General Registration for November Qualifiers - likely close earlier than Oct 19th

Originally we were planning on having registration stay open until Oct
19th but will close registration earlier if all teams that are
interested in registering for a November qualifier have registered into
an event.

Note that if your team is working on getting everything pulled together
to register into a November Qualifier "behind the scenes", please email
me at fll-ch...@playingatlearning.org so that I can make sure that
there is space for your team. If we have already been exchanging
emails,  then I have you on my radar already.  :-)

I can add capacity by releasing some of the reserved spots  (but note
that is only for the 2nd weekend - Nov 9,10 qualifiers) if we get more
teams interested in registering.
