Update on Spring League events - registration opens on Tuesday

Hello Everyone,

The first Spring League events will open for registration in mylumi on Tuesday, February 10 at 7:00 PM and are currently posted at mylumi.playingatlearning.org. I will run a sync Tuesday afternoon with team data from FIRST; however, please note that updates made on the FIRST Dashboard can take several days to appear on the partner side, so any needed changes should be completed as soon as possible.

To register, teams must meet the following requirements:

• The team is fully registered on the firstinspires.org dashboard, with both coaches screened and all required acknowledgments and trainings completed.

• The team roster on firstinspires.org is complete, or you have emailed fll-fll-ch...@playingatlearning.org  in advance regarding any team member who cannot be added (typically due to age or grade) and have submitted the paper waiver.

• Both coaches have mylumi accounts that match the email addresses used on the FIRST Dashboard.

• Team status in mylumi is Green / Good.

• The Team Info JotForm has been completed.

• Each team provides at least one volunteer for Spring League. Registration cannot be completed without a team volunteer identified.

Please note:

• Registration is first come, first served.

• Registration in mylumi is a two-step process: payment first, then event registration.

• Teams that registered for a November qualifier are not eligible to register for Spring League.

We expect to offer a Sacramento-area Spring League event, but it is not yet fully confirmed. If your team is in the Sacramento area and would prefer that site, please do not register for another Spring League event, as we will not be able to move teams later.

At the time of registration, teams may also order participation medals or trophies. Otherwise, each team will receive one trophy, which will be either an official core award or a participation trophy.
