FLL Future Edition Demo on Sunday ! Need help

Hi Coaches,

I wasn't sure that it was going to come in time but late today we received the DEMO kit from FIRST HQ for FLL Future Edition including a Game Field!!

We will need a Challenge table - was thinking of "borrowing" one of the practice tables in the pit area after 4:30pm to bring into the main gym to setup for a demo.

If we can get another Challenge table on site then we could get these setup earlier in the day but we only have 5 practice tables so far and with 54 teams I hate to take one away during the majority of the day.

If you are available to help assemble things (we have instructions that I have not yet reviewed) please let me know - email is best ahead of time (fll-ch...@playingatlearning.org ) - I have no idea how many people we will need but assume at least 2 to 3.

If we don't get any help then the materials will stay in their boxes which would be a shame.

Sorry about the lack of details....  this has been consuming my brain  and apparently I am very tired and forgot to include this important detail.   

This is at the FLL Bay Area Bedrock Championship at Palo Alto HS in the Peery Family Center Main Gym - most likely in the Lobby on the ground level.   I am not sure when we will have things setup but hopefully before 4:30pm but probably after lunch.  More details on the  event calendar page at https://www.playingatlearning.org/events/norcalfll-ct-25-26-palo-alto/      and/or the Championship website at https://championship.norcalfll.org/ 

We have two experienced FLL Coaches that have offered help plus someone else bringing a table, so I think we are good.      Excited to have this to share with the community!
