Just wanted to let everyone know that we have rescheduled our TRC
meeting this month for this Wednesday, February 15th at 10:00 AM at
the El Dorado Hills Teen Center. Sorry for the last minute notice, but
I wanted to make sure that we still met this month as we have a lot to
discuss. If everyone who is able to attend this Wednesday could reply
all and RSVP so we know how many to expect that would be great! I will
re-send the meeting agenda following this email.

Hey everyone,
Thanks for a great meeting yesterday! I think we have a great plan set up for our combined staff training in June. Below is all the information that we came up with at our meeting as well as some reminders for our next meeting. Please take a look below.
Sections of the staff training and assigned duties:
· Round table discussions: Rachel
· Role Playing: Christine
· Ice Breakers & Team Building Games: Josh & Patrick
· Motivational Exercise: Becca & Whitney
· Food: We will discuss next meeting about organizing a potluck, possibly a “sandwich potluck” (great idea Becca!)
Reminders for our next meeting:
· Talk to your staff and write down a few things that they would like to learn about and discuss at the training. Bring these to our next meeting so we can add them to the round table discussion questions.
· Also for next meeting, bring the different role playing situations that you like to use in your own trainings so we can combine those for the role playing section of the training.
Lastly, below are the items regarding staff interview assessments that we had asked everyone to email out so we could share resources. As soon as you have a chance please email out the following to the group.
· Scoring Forms and Categories that you use.
· Anything regarding the format that you use.
· Any type of effective games and exercises.
