new rulebook playtest

Hey Guys,

 

Looks like Total Warfare is going the way of Master Rules. Here’s a link to the notice as well as some proposed rule changes they’re playtesting:

Some Ilike, some I don’t like, but it’s fun seeing their thought processes about what needs changing.

 

Trial runs are done so I’ll see everyone in November!
