Final Deliverables

Alright, team. We're almost there!

I have assigned each group member responsibilities for the final documentation as indicated in this document. Please reference the detailed descriptions from the and-out as to what Sree is specifically looking with each of these categories.

I intend to compile all of these documents into one massive pdf on Sunday before I go to bed at 8pm. (I don't get very much sleep during the week) Please review your assignments and get started as soon as you are able. 

If you have additional questions get with me for ideas or Sree for specific questions. If you have questions let's knock them out soon so we can get started on the documents.

It has been a fun ride. We're almost there. If we can bring all of these documents on Monday we can adjust them accordingly and walk away with an A. I intend to finish this documentation before Thanksgiving!

Can everyone please email me their training documentation.

 

John I will need an instruction sheet for using the back up system and what ever other system you have installed that they will be using.  Also please include every username and website necessary. 

 

Will I need details on Joomla such as training docs, log in details, what site to go to , etc.

If they like this backup system how much will it cost? How much will it cost in a year?

Attached you will find the web training document. I wasn't sure whether to include the username and password here because I wasn't sure if this was going to be used for Taylor and Kayla only or if it was a document for the organization going forward.

Include the username, but not the password. That's a reasonable security practice.

I didn't find anything for the webhosting password or username. I believe that was in the original documentation that we recieved that I don't have a digital copy of. I did install an extension into their website to allow myself access to the file system on the server(to change the background). I am attaching my password document for the website.
