Subject: User Defined Fields in DIY Templates
I am working with Nora's Home to help shape the DIY template. I have run across several issues and I am concern about how the functionality of
the user defined fields works. In order to add extra drop down menus in our DIY template I had to create a new category (In Honor/Memory Of) and within it two new defined fields ("Honor or Memory" and "Contact Info for Honor/Memory of"). My questions is how
will these new fields show up in the confirmation emails to donors and how will they show on the receipts? Another question I had is whether the settings I used where appropriate such as selecting persona vs contact etc.? We would truly appreciate the help
and advise. Below I have copied the link to the current live page but the additions made with those extra fields are just saved and have not gone live yet.
