Maybe it has something to do with work assigned during the week. If each of us has 3 hours of work that should be completed thursday and friday then it won't update it til then...we may need to look at work to be completed.

The formatting is an ongoing challenge. I'm still working on that.  He did ask for a 5 year total for of all software costs.

Yes I added another training document which is not there.  Also the statement of work looks messy, it looks like the previous one I had sent you not the most recent one, unless it automatically changed when you merged it into one document.

I had been scrolling past the SOW quite fast. I'll  fix it tomorrow. I'm up at 5:30 for work so I'm heading to bed now.

Also, I see what you mean about the Merge Accounts. Good catch! I have added that section  to the master.

I think I was able to pull the Groundbreaking ceremony and remove it from the GANTT. The total completion showed going from 86 to 80,, but if we got rid of the task who cares...particularly if we get it straighter in the end.

BTW I also noticed that at 86% we were a day ahead of schedule, so I think it must be that we have the work entered into days that aren't past yet. Also did I cause an issue deleting the GB ceremony?

I don't think it caused an issue. Honestly we have put more time into fixing it than using it. Thank you for dropping that task. My focus now is on handing it off to the next team.

Along those lines, it looks much better than it did. All major formatting issues have been resolved. The SOW still looks a little unusual, but Paul did mention a doc within a doc gets a little fishy. I'm not going to waste fiddling with it when I can do a one-sentence justification as to why it looks like that. Everything else looks really good, though!

The Merge Accounts is in the master doc. If no one has any further content updates or suggestions I will do one final review after work and submit it. 

John, I'd rather the final presentation be prepared by Sunday evening so we're not running around at the last minute. I hope you have time to work on it this weekend!
