The people of Libya need your help!   Just as we were shocked to hear about the tragic earthquake in Morocco a few days ago, unfortunately we are saddened to bear news of another catastrophe in Libya.   A deadly flood hit eastern Libya on 11th September 2023 and the latest reported death toll is more than 6,400. A ministry official has put estimates to be within 18,000 - 20,000 deaths. More than 10,000 are feared to be missing.   Libya has sought international help, as they don't have the expertise or experience to deal with a calamity of such proportions.  Time is of the essence! Let's help with all that we can to alleviate the suffering of those affected and boost the relief efforts. No amount is too small in the sight of Allah.
