Autodesk Maya Rendering

After rendering about 5-10 frames maya keeps crashing. All my shaders are arnold shaders and I have told arnold to only use 10 of my 12 cores, still crashes. I am getting no error messages, Maya just closes.
While you dont see any fatal errors, when your Maya crashes does it generate an error report to fill out and submit to Autodesk? If so can you please fill it out and let me know what the CER report number is?
You mentioned you tried rendering the model with no maps and it still crashed after one frame. If you export the model and then import it into a new blank scene with none of the maps loaded and then try to render does it still crash?
I also imported the character into a blank scene with no maps and it rendered 10 frames fine, i stopped it at 10 to save time. For curiosity i went back to the original file and tried to render it and it rendered 18 frames fine before maya crashed.
@mspeer I tried looking for some arnold crash logs but couldnt find any, are they stored in the same place as the maya crash logs? I do have a few files called mayA780.tmp for example, would those be the arnold logs?
It seems like Maya is being effected by the crashes even when im not rendering, I was just combining some parts together on the character to limit the amount of parts to be rendered and maya just crashed. Still not throwing up any error messages or reports.
