Thanks for your hard work, Susan and Katherine.
It seems that Sulkowski considers this a transmission line (and Albitz seems to agree), then probably they have to consider the PIR (Potential Impact Radius), which is 165 feet for 12" (or was it 12.75", anyone remember from Apr 1 meeting?), 400 psi.

Hi All,

I continue to post these links because I think it's important the neighborhood have access to information uncovered as part of the FOIA request.  If you click the link to the post and then look at the bottom right hand corner, you can "Follow" this blog so you receive additional updates as they are posted.

The route of the pipeline is being re-examined, and that's great, but no further information has been shared with the public yet. I think knowing all we can about the first project and its planning will make us better prepared when the next one is announced.

Please read Katherine Watt's latest blog post (posted this afternoon after Susan's email). If you have anything to add to the Highlands Civic Association letter, please do so before 5 pm today.
Thanks Katherine and Susan.
Smita.

Katherine - you are amazing!
Thanks for the thorough info gathering and posting and sleuth work by you and Susan. Wow - what a team!
The SC Energy Sovereignty Task Force site is a gold mine with poignant questions to discuss as well. Thank you for your thoughtful and hard work.

The internal emails are very revealing as to the corporate-think we are up against.
PSU continues to amaze me..  I find it incredulous that they spend hundreds of thousands per month on PR to show how transparent they are, when all they have to do is BE transparent and honest.  Remarkable..

Corporate power must not be allowed to usurp community rights and rights of nature any longer. Our future depends on it.  If "Big Gas" (as Alex Novak refers to it) is allowed to continue swallowing up all of our water for fracking and turning it toxic, then what are we left with?

We need to remain vigilant.

Wishes for a happy Earth Day today!
In solidarity,
Pam
