Thisdesign has been created by our very own LEGO loving print team at the FireStar Toys print studio. The design is directly printed on to the LEGO arm for a perfect and play resistant finish, no horrible stickers or vinyl, just pure printed awesomeness.

As the montrals are quite big, it is meant to be post-processed. We recommend a layer height of 0.1 to 0.3 mm on FDM printers. All parts are aligned to the printing platform for easy manipulation. Most of the parts need minimal or no use of printing supports to save printing time and filament. For reliable printing, we also recommend setting a brim to the montrals shell parts, because of their height and low thickness. It will ensure that the parts will not come off the printing platform during the printing process. Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.

I designed both her main hand and offhand sabers. The two have different blade lengths and so everything is labeled for which lighsaber its for (mainsaber/offhand, the main saber is slightly longer than the offhand) The zip files contain the blade separated out incase you have trouble printing them all in one go. The pommels are both thread on to their respective hilts. (Also I realize now that I have spelled pommel wrong on the file names whoops).
