As you are probably aware, the Vespa Scooter which was raffeled on
Night Out Against Crime was won by a very special lady who is very
active in the community. She did not want the scooter and sold it to
Nelson Savoie who in turn donated it to the First District Police
Station.

In order to thank everyone who helped make this Night Out Against
Crime successful, we are holding a press release on Wednesday,
November 18, 2009 at 1:30pm. The scooter as well as the proceeds
collected will be awarded to the First District at this time. This
will be held at 3006 Esplande Avenue .

On behalf on Major Norton and the members of the First District we
would like to extend an invitation to all of our supporters. We would
love you all to join us for this event.
