On August 9,2010, Joyce Scott arrived at the First District Station to
report a missing person.
On July31, 2010 at approximately 8:00AM, her son, Tevis Meggs (missing
person) left the residence located in the 200 Block of Crozat Street.
Ms. Scott stated that she has not seen or heard from him since that
date. Scott also stated that her son has done this numerous times in
the past and he also has a mental illness.

Tevis Meggs was last seen wearing a white shirt, navy blue jogging
pants with white Air Jordan tennis shoes
