On Saturday, November 14th, 2009 at around 10:00 A.M., the victim was
standing in a yard in the 6000 block of Eads Street, when he was
struck in the head twice with a metal chair by Ronald Hooker (B/M
04-20-1986), a known acquaintance. Responding officers were able to
apprehend and arrest Mr. Hooker, who was arrested and charged in the
above offense. The victim was transported to the hospital, where he
received treatment for his injuries.
