Armed Robbery - 08-14-2010

On Saturday, August 14th, 2010 at around 10:23 P.M., the victim was
walking in the 4500 block of Banks Street, when he heard fast, loud
footsteps behind him. As the victim turned around, he was tasered by
an unknown B/M subject. The victim tried to run, but was tasered by
this subject at least three more times before falling to the ground.
The perpetrator then got on top of the victim, tasered him in his neck
and demanded his wallet, to which he complied. The perpetrator then
fled towards S. Murat Street, took a right and entered an old boxy
four door style vehicle. The perpetrator is described as being 5'8" -
5'9" tall, with a dark complexion, black baseball cap, black t-shirt,
and black shorts.
